System access

"I need admin access to a system but I don't have it. How can I get access?"

Access to systems can be granted by other admins in that system that have sufficient permission. Any person who requests admin access to a system should get in contact with whoever offered to grant them access and request them to add them as an admin to the system. We can provide any information that's publicly available in the system, such as a support email or phone number for the system, but we should not disclose any names or contact information from other admins in that system as this is private information.

If the person requesting access still does not know who to contact, we can offer to contact them on their behalf. In this case, you can send an email to admins in that system forwarding the request. Do not grant admin access yourself.
