How to Create a Bike Room System

Scenario: After giving the operator instructions from our documentation about setting up the bike room the operator could not follow the steps shown on the documentation as he could not see the same option shown on the documentation page.

After coordinating with Angel, he mentioned that the Bike Room systems needs three things: Bike Rooms, Locks and Racks. The Racks are the ones that are rented and are associated with a Bike Room. Locks are associated with Bike Rooms as well.
