Thank you for sharing your concern with us. The terms of your purchase from OnBikeShare only included the first year of software for systems that enabled billing. Subsequent years will renew at $120/asset/year based on the number of active assets.

If some of your assets are no longer active, follow the link to our documentation here for how to archive assets: link here. If you no longer plan to operate your system, please let us know, and we can place it into demo mode. Demo mode will allow you to view historical data, but the public will not be able to rent from the system.

The licensing fees and credit card processing fees are both key elements of our pricing and business model.
