Unlocking or locking issues with Bluetooth devices

It’s very difficult to diagnose unlocking issues in systems that use Bluetooth devices because testing requires being physically close to the locks. Therefore, system operators should collect as much information as they can regarding the issue, including testing whether this is happening with all hardware or some hardware, if it happens all the time or only some of the time, if they can provide a specific time and date when the problem happened so that we can check our logs, screen recording of what is happening in the app, etc. It is only after this information is provided that the software team can investigate the problem, so do not escalate the issue until enough information to investigate is provided by the operator.
