When a customer is looking for new parts to their bikes/hardware

First check that they purchased hardware through Movatic, can be validated that they are a customer in Hubspot here: https://app.hubspot.com/contacts/9203764/objects/0-1/views/7485949/list. If it was a recent purchase, hardware shipping orders from Wichita, KS can be viewed and searched for here: https://inventory.zoho.com/app#/salesorders?filter_by=Status.All&per_page=25&sort_column=created_time&sort_order=D

If they are indeed a customer that purchased hardware directly from us, and they want a quote on parts, then send them the Shopify link: https://shop.movatic.co/. Parts link will be added soon.

Customers should be notified that they can send a message to sales@movatic.co if they cannot locate a specific item that they are trying to purchase.
