How to validate if the contact is an active paying customer

First search their email address within Hubspot, and if their "Lifecycle Stage" is listed as "Customer", they are a Customer, or see if they are listed on the Movatic Customer list here: https://app.hubspot.com/contacts/9203764/objects/0-1/views/7485949/list.
