User needs to recover account

When a user reports that it's account was previously deleted and they want to recover it we need to the following:

  1. Confirm the account is marked as deleted in the system by searching the user in the Appsmith Customer Support App under the "Users" section.

  2. If found, click on the row belonging to the user to open the details, once there you should see a "Recover" button that will allow the account the be active again.

  3. Confirm the action and ensure a success message it's show. If an error is shown please try again and it persist contact the software team.

  4. Go to the user's Stripe account, which is linked in the same table on Appsmith and remove any credit card that is still of file.
