Operators asking about Primary Key values of their Hardware

If a customer is asking for Primary keys for their hardware, we would need to escalate the request to the backend team as there is no option to find the primary keys directly on the Movatic admin site. The backend team will provide the Primary Keys, and we will just need to send them to the customer.
