Program Funding

Currently funded by Rider Revenue and Tandem Mobility. With a sponsorship campaign in progress to provide funding for the entirety of the program less rider revenue.

Program Success

We took over operations in Baton Rouge from Gotcha/Bolt in early April 2023. We utilized their existing fleet and stations to launch within two weeks of contract execution. We jumped in quickly making improvements to the warehouse, supply chain, rider pricing, and daily operations including staff, battery swapping, and rebalancing. These improvements have led to substantial utilization increases, as well as improved relationships with local stakeholders and community partners. This market has been a great example of our ability to take over a closed market and leverage our experience and flexibility to ensure a smooth transition to Tandem Mobility. We are still making daily progress and improvements and are really proud of the work we have done in Baton Rouge.
