This system and project have been incredibly complex; our team has navigated launching 200 pedal bikes in this market while managing expectations from the City of Wichita, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Bike Walk Wichita, and Visual Fusion (their marketing agency). As part of launching and operating this program, we have secured warehouse space, hired 2 FT and 2 PT employees, and created new processes for ensuring the system is maintained daily rather than per our typical bi-weekly cadence.
