How does Tandem Mobility address user privacy and data security within the bike share program?

Do you have options for integration into the existing regional bus pass network?

Yes, our software platform supports transit connectivity via RFID technology and API integration with the local transit agency.

How does Tandem Mobility facilitate data sharing, and what methods are available for accessing and syncing data?

The host community will be given complete access to the bike-share system via the rider application and the administrative backend, called Movatic Admin. We believe that anonymized ridership data should be publicly available, so we have a dashboard that grants real-time access to bikes, users, and trip data, which is all easily exportable. We will provide requested weekly, monthly, and quarterly data as requested so that we can collaboratively improve the program.

Additionally, we can sync our data to you directly via a GBFS feed, as well as through an API. This gives you direct access to our data and ultimately the ability to share that data with other transportation applications.
