We want to launch a bikeshare mobility program in our community and are unable to secure sponsorship/funding. How can Tandem help us in launching a bikeshare program?

What is the minimum commitment in terms of U.S. dollars that Tandem requires in order to launch a program?

We would require a minimum commitment of x stations/y bikes at $zzz total in order to launch a program.

What kind of commitment would be required from the City/host community?

We require the Cityโ€™s active involvement in the sponsorship campaign and presence in meetings with potential sponsors. We will lead the sponsorship campaign in Tandem with the Cityโ€™s advisory board

What type of individuals would be needed as members of the advisory board?

Ideally, the advisory board would consist of representatives from the City and its affiliated partners who can function as a steering group. This may involve stakeholders such as municipal representatives, Chamber of Commerce contacts, transportation and downtown merchants associations, visitor services, public agency staff planners, local bike shops, health organizations, and representatives from local universities.

Who are typical sponsors Tandem reaches out to during the sponsorship campaign?
